Francesco graduated from NUS in 2003. After graduation, she attended a Neuro Linguistic Programming course that developed her human excellence, it helped her to think strategically and empowered her to excel in life. It led her to choose a career path different from her peers – entrepreneurship.
In less than 2 years, the first retail business that Francesco founded brought in more than one million dollars in revenue. Later, she ventured into various retail business concepts and franchised retail outlets in Singapore and China. Francesco also had the opportunity to be a wealth management coach via an online city simulation game, educating people on the importance of building passive income to enjoy early retirement.

Today, as a mother of two, Francesco hopes to spend more time with her family in Singapore Furthermore, she had witnessed how her husband, a Financial Services Manager at Win Advisors, has helped many clients over his fifteen years in the industry. Francesco decided to be a Financial Services Consultant (FSC).

Francesco always remembers one particular incident dearly. A friend turned to Adriann for advice, when the doctor suspected that the lump on her three-year-old son’s neck could have been Leukaemia. Adriann assured her that her son is insured and there is no need to worry about the medical bills.
Thereafter, Francesco recognized that life can be unpredictable and everyone should be covered. It will be good to help everyone transfer the risk out to insurance companies. In addition, as an FSC, she is a family-friend listening and advising her clients on life’s different needs so that they will never walk alone. Francesco seeks to help people with compassion through this career.

“Every day, think as you wake up, today I am fortunate to be alive, I have a precious human life, I am not going to waste it. I am going to use all my energies to develop myself, to expand my heart out to others; to achieve enlightenment for the benefit of all beings. I am going to have kind thoughts towards others, I am not going to get angry or think badly about others. I am going to benefit others as much as I can.”
